-: 1) Big ants all over the place on the floor on the bed on the door we couldn’t sleep.2) the location is bad you have to leave your hotel and walk around 6-7 mins between houses to reach the beach and when you arrive the view is really disappointing 3) not kinds friendly as our room was upstairs and the stairs has no side holders so it was dangerous.4) one of the toilets was broken and leaking out water.5) the sink water is salty which made it had to wash and brush.6) reception and front disk work till 6 or 7 pm then good luck with finding anyone to support.7)the WiFi is really poor and you are lucky if you got it 8) there was 2 big dogs and cats who kept fighting and running after us which was disturbing and not comfortable at all even when you like dogs this can be terrifying.I can go on and on with the bad experience we had

+: Le personnel, la propreté excellente, ménage fait tout les jours et draps changer tout les 2 jours..

-: Le manque de restauration au alentours.. Mais nous étions en basse saison.. heureusement nous avions une voiture..

+: The guy helped me with my trolley all the way to the apartment. Asante sana! It is a very beautiful stay, lovely!

+: Pool and garden were nice, fair breakfast (only instant coffee), spacious rooms

-: Very humid and musty smell in the room, in dirty local village near to a nice Kiwengwa beach, bad wifi

+: The breakfast was good. When someone is use to have all inclusive maybe it wouldn't be enough for them, but we loved the small and quiet area for breakfast.

+: It wasn’t the beautiful pool, it wasn’t the great paradise location, it wasn’t the comfy apartment… no, what makes this place so perfect and had us return into open arms a second time is the exceptional STAFF! Wowweee, such a great team of people working and doing magic here, we couldn’t have felt more at home and at ease with everyone. We travel a lot, but this was outstanding! The funny Maasais, the super pleasant cleaning ladies, the one and only Hussein and his kitchen crew and the super multitasking talents Ali and Solomon… Everyone is so hardworking, dedicated and always with a huge smile - they deserve all the best in the world! Thank you thank you thank you!

+: Had a great stay here for eight nights. Good, spacious rooms equipped with all you need. Great pool area and beautifully designed spaces. The reception was great for organizing tours and took great care to ensure we would be satisfied. The highlight of the trip was Mr Hussein in charge of the Swahili restaurant. His hospitality and warmth was unlike anything I have ever seen before. He served us the most delicious meals we had during our stay in Zanzibar, taught us a lot about life in Zanzibar and went out of his way to make sure we would have a good time. Words cannot describe how good he made this trip for us.q
