+: Breakfast was great, there was a large choice of food to choose from. The pool was great, water temperature nice, and the room had an amazing view on the ocean.

-: Lunch and dinner lacked a bit in choice. For instance, we had an Italian night but the pasta only had tomato-based sauce. No white sauce. The pizza was only margharita. It was a bit poor for an Italian night. We saw some mold in the shower, so that's not great... Another thing was: the staff's english comprehension hard sometimes, and we usually waited for long around the pool for someone to ask us if we needed anything.

+: We liked the green grounds

-: The Kitchen Catering team do not have a communication channel with Front office team. They charged us Full board package with an assurance Lunch was Buffet because of limited time we had in the hotel. Only to be met by Surprise while hurriedly going to take lunch in order to leave to the airport (Lunch was Arakat). The management could not solve our unconviniences instead they ignored citing low occupancies reasons.THE MANAGENT WAS GREEDY FOR ALREADY RECEIVED PAYMENTS & WAS NOT WILLING TO ATTEND TO OUR INCONVINIENCE. Otherwise,The rest of the team on the ground did their work accordingly.

+: The view is on point

-: Being given small room and after one night they added abed in that small room so I had to keep jumping to access the other side of the room. Being asked to pay again for food just because I asked them to bring it to my room of which I thought that since the food was already paid for I will have to pay 10$ room service because I was tired after doing some activities but to them it’s either you pay that food for the second time plus 10$ room service or you go and have your food at the restaurant. 😏

+: Nice resort with plenty of activities beside the sea, there is a shuttle transfer included from the hotel to Zanzibar to go in town. Beautiful gold course, also you have an option to book a class with high professionals.

-: We were not lucky with the weather, and many activities we booked the hotel for (water sports) were not available during our whole stay.

+: Hotel kept us hostage because we couldn’t find our plastic key cards . Like who tf steals plastic and also my girlfriends shoes where stolen . Well that sums it up. WILL NEVER RETURN
