+: My wife and I stayed here twice. Excellent place to stay. Good breakfast and dinner. Nice clean comfortable rooms. The staff is excellent. They have a nice gift shop for souvenirs. They have a nice pool area. They did our laundry 🧺. This was a great help. All good. We would stay there again.

+: It was a welcome haven after our 10 day safari. Food was great

+: We stayed here prior to our safari and we will stay here after our safari. Great place to stay in Arusha. We got there early and we didn't feel like hanging around the room. The concierge immediately helped us get an afternoon safari drive in Arusha National Park. We got back to the hotel late and had a nice dinner. I'm one of these weirdos who for health reasons can't eat salt. They made a special meal just for me. Got a great night sleep. The room is good. Had a nice breakfast the next morning and off we went. Definitely a nice place to stay. Thanks for everything.

-: Rien c’était parfait. Il manque juste un ascenseur mais c’est vraiment un détail.

+: So comfortable, clean and welcoming. The staff went over and above to help me with booking local flights when they were seemingly sold out. They were also super accommodating with last minute changes to my booking with no extra charge. Nothing was too much hassle. A super calm retreat in the middle of a busy and hectic city. I hope to stay again.
