+: I’m an optimistic person and try to find the best in each situation however nothing was satisfactory about the accommodation
-: The electric went off the 7 nights we was there also no water supply the staff are very rude made me pay for Wi-Fi my room was not made even tho I put the sign out all day was not even given bottled water in my room the 7 nights I was there they gave me a family room to stay in even tho I booked a deluxe room as it was my honey moon the staff shouted multiple times at me and my wife every time we came to reception to ask for water

-: ההורים שלי הלכו לחופשה שהפכה לסיוט מתמשך ואבא שלי קיבל שיתוק והובהל לביהח ומאושפז עד היום. באחד הערבים הייתה הפסקת חשמל במלון (דבר שחוזר על עצמו קבוע) אבא שלי לא ראה את המדרגות בכניסה והחליק קדימה עקב מים על המדרגות. שבר את הצוואר וזזו חוליות אצלו בעמוד שדרה, היה צריך לעבור ניתוח ארוך ומתיש ולטוס חזרה טיסת חירום.הצוות לא בא בכלל לעזור!! אפילו לא החזירו את הכסף חזרה!! הצוות גרוע מאוד! אפילו המלון מיושן! אין מזגנים!! אין כלום! אפילו להשתמש במחשבים עדכניים ואינטרנט הם לא משתמשים, רק בדף ונייר כמו פעם. בנוסף לזה כולנו קיבלנו קלקול קיבה מטורף לכמה ימים מהאוכל המזוויע שהיה שם!! גם אם היו משלמים לי לא הייתי חוזר.!!אל תלכו!! סכנה לציבור!! צריך לסגור את המקום הזה לצמיתות!!

-: in primul rând nu este in Antalya așa cum scrie in descrierea de pe booking, este la 40 km in Kemer,un fals pentru care am fost nevoit sa cheltui mai mulți bani …un hotel foarte jegos…praf și mizerie peste tot …la Recepție personalul foarte slab …curățenie in camera in 7 zile sa făcut de 2 ori si aia doar schimbat de prosoape,mâncarea același 7 zile si aia de slaba calitate pentru un hotel de 5* …am mâncat doar in oraș chiar dacă am avut all inclusiv …proasta organizare la masa lumea sarea care prinde primul …in prima zi masa de prânz era 12.30 pana la ora 14 …am fost la masa la 13.45 și ne-au luat mâncarea din fata …ca sa terminat programul de masa …am fost fără lumina și apa o zi întreaga ..am rămas fără hârtie igienica in camera …am fost la Recepție și a spus ca se rezolva imediat …după o ora am coborât iar la Recepție și mi-au dar 2 hârtii incepute …m-am trezit cu alte persoane in camera la ora 2 noaptea, cum este posibil sa dai același cartela unei persoane noi venite când camera era deja ocupată …am întrebat la Recepție dacă se pot face excursii optinale cu agențiile care erau prin hotel și mi sa răspuns ca nu pentru ca am venit prin booking și să mă descurc singur …la barul din lobby de multe ori nu era suc cafea …plaja foarte departe de hotel …acolo aveai doar apa și suc gratis …restul se plătea …și mai sunt multe nereguli …un hotel de 2 stele
