-: this journey was a gift for my mother's birthday. summary: in check in and after check out, the bellboy did not help my mother get her suitcase out of the trunk to pick it up, the girl at the reception did not offer my mother the welcome drink (champagne that was near the entrance), the room was not ready at the time of my check-in.
