+: Actually they gave me room different from that I reserved then madam Zara solved the issue and changed the room for me thanks

+: The reception service was not so good, we were not welcomed like other hotels. We checked in at night 1am. Valet parking services & receivers were very good. Room was clean but a lot of things were not available for our stay, such as pen & paper, bathroom amenities, coffee station was also minimal packed, no bathrobes, slipper, not enough towels. I won’t say this was 4* hotel as mentioned. I chose this hotel because of the spa, I use to come to this hotel with my husband for a good massage. As soon as we checked in I told my friend about the massage service and we booked a session at night 2am. But we were very disappointed with SPA services! The manager at the spa reception had kept very loud Indian music and I had requested to the massage lady to ask him to put the volume down or if he can change to a soothing music which he ignored. I had to come out of the massage room to complain to him which he tells me “madam go inside” “just go inside “ with his hands shooing me away. The massage lady was busy on her phone and massaging with one hand. She didn’t know how to massage well. My friend who I travelled with also didn’t like the massage as well. I came out with a splitting headache and a sore back. I don’t recommend anyone to have their massages in that place. It felt more like a brothel service than a 4* hotel standard. I wasn’t happy with the services at all. Thank God I only booked for 2nights and not 11nights.
