+: Staff were so nice all over the venue, food and drinks were lovely throughout.
-: Checkin was almost an hour late as they were clearly trying to get the room in a presentable state. It wasn't. The room smelled of super fresh wet paint and there were paint and other stains all over the carpet. We paid extra for the upgraded room, and it was definitely not worth it(except the view! That was lovely)

+: Staff were great & the food options also good and different on a daily basis. Life guards at pool areas constantly on guard & in one case saved a child from drowning after his armbands came off coming down the slides.Barbecue & bouncy castles on fri & Saturday. A la carte steak house was great with decent options. Kids club was good with plenty to do for them All inclusive is worth itPools great
-: The bathroom was clean although finishing touches weren’t up to 5* standards as we as bedroom. (Delux double bedroom). Pool was busy and difficult to find loungers as people had claimed them by leaving towels on all day! A la carte Turkish restaurant tasteless& Italian ok but nothing special Nothing much to do outside of hotel unless you book excursions

+: Good beach and pool . Staff very friendly and helpful in most places but very difficult booking tables at restaurants being told are full but clearly are not . It’s seems they must be told to do this
-: Drinks limited . Ultra all inclusive gives impression it’s same as dubai but isn’t . Food also very limited for breakfast for westerners and always cold
