+: The Staff! Special Mention to Miss Anita who upgraded our room from Junior Suite to Executive Suite also our flight was delayed 6 hours and she extended our checkout time. Miss Iqra from Breakfast reception desk was a great help. Special Mention to the cleaning guy. Everything was perfect
-: The Location! The construction work in front of Hotel is a big problem. There is always a traffic jam in front of Hotel. The Careem drivers take a lot time to come. The nearest metro station is more then 1 mile away and you can't walk to Metro with Family.

+: The room was so specious and clean as well.The staff was willing to help you any time.All of them were polite and friendly.To my mind ,its breakfast should be enhanced by more quality and fresh food.As well, the shower water should be warmer at night.
-: In addition to the hotel staff ,the guy organized the excursions such as safari and other tours,Abdullah was very professional and willing to highlight the details of your excursion.I should highly recommend him to you.

+: Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist(Mr. Sheen) and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. They upgraded our room as well. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
