+: Central location , friendly staff
-: Rooms in building with night club in basement, also couple of bars next door - esp over week-end days quite noisy nights. Known issue but no open communication at all. Ear plugs handed- out upon feedback at least - could be a handled more pot actively esp as most of the noise is coming from the night club in house not the bars.

+: The staff were very helpful. The day I arrived the hot water was not working in my room and I was moved to a much bigger room for my 2 nights. Excellent customer service.Breakfast was excellent.

+: Sehr schönes Zimmer, da noch nicht mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen war, auch komplett ungestört. Das Hotel würde gratis Ohropax anbieten, da die Lage in der Fußgängerzone natürlich den Lärm der Feiernden nicht verleugnen kann. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, viele verschiedene dunkle Brotsorten aber kein dunkles Gebäck.

+: Die Lage ist perfekt Die Dame, Bedienung beim Frühstück und Abendessen hat den Aufenthalt gerettet, mir Ihrer rundum liebenswerten Art!
-: Die Handtücher waren total ausgefranzt. Beim ersten Betreten war noch ein benütztes Handtuch im Bad. Kein Tee, kein Kaffee oder ein Wasser im Zimmer, bei 600€ die Nacht! Keine Kosmetiktücher, WattePad oder ähnliches im Zimmer! Abendessen eine reine Massenabfertigung! Frühstücksbuffet ließ viele Wünsche offen in allen Bereichen! Frühstück nur bis 10Uhr und Abendessen nur bis 20Uhr und das im Urlaub!

+: Location was excellent, room was very comfortable, staff were very friendly.
-: The noise from the nightclub was awful. Couldn't sleep. It's such a shame because the hotel was lovely. It would stop me recommending the hotel.
