-: Dark lobby, slow checkin, beds are not comfortable at all and they put 2 small beds together instead of a big bed. We can hear everything (bad sound insulation)

+: Super beautiful hotel, great location and amazing staff! Even though it got full in the weekend, it didn’t feel like we were all cramped in one place! The pool outside was heated, which was def a plus! :) the playground is simple, but serves well the purpose, our daughter loved it!
-: For the half board package, it would be nice if at least water is included in the package!

+: The pool facilities and the food
-: The reception team as well as the supervisor were incapable to provide service they declare about. We are a family of 5 and had an interconnected rooms which figured out after check-in were with the roof view and right in front of the main street. Right after we entered rooms i called reception and asked to change upgrade rooms to have sea view side because it was obvious to me it’s was going to be noisy. And it’s a critical issue when travel with 3 kids. The manager said that needs to ask the supervisor and then called back saying they do not have available rooms. As you may imagine nobody in my family had a proper sleep , we could not fall asleep until 3 am because of cars and bikes noise. My 10 y.o. daughter came for a 2-days sport championship and did not even have an opportunity to have a proper sleep. But the worst in the situation is when i checked out the booking for available options there WAS AN OPTION AVAILABLE FOR MY FAMILY, the same interconnected rooms but with the sea-view. When i called back in the morning and shared our awful night experience and how angry were we they did not apologized, just promised that when the supervisor comes (after 2:30pm) they will transfer him information and let me know. As you may guess, no-one called, nobody fixed anything, we have spent the second night and will NEVER EVER RETURN AND WILL SHARE THE TRUTH ON HOW THE HOTEL TREATS GUESTS AND TAKES CARE FOR THE COMFORT AND REST. We live in Cyprus and travel a lot around and this was the WORST experience. Shame on you, Mr. Supervisor and the whole reception team. You are doing the best job for your customers never ever return.
