+: Ένα υπέροχο, ξεκούραστο και μοναδικό τριήμερο είχαμε την ευκαιρία να ζήσουμε στο απίθανο Louis Breeze Hotel..!!! Η φιλοξενία,η καθαριότητα και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν τόσο απλόχερα που κέρδισαν αμέσως τον θαυμασμό μας …Τα μεγαλύτερα Μπράβο και τα πιο θερμά μας συγχαρητήρια όμως, κέρδισε επάξια η κυρία Μαρία Βρούλλου, που είχαμε την τύχη να γνωρίσουμε κατά την παραμονή μας εκεί, που με απίστευτο ζήλο και οργάνωση φρόντισε να έχουμε την πιο αληθινή, μοναδική και ζεστή εξυπηρέτηση. Ως F & B Supervisor μας και μέσα από την οργανωμένη και φανταστική ομάδα της, φρόντισε να έχουμε ένα τριήμερο μοναδικό, ξεχωριστό και ανθρώπινο ..!!! Κυρία Μαρία ευχαριστούμε θερμά τόσο εσένα όσο και την Διεύθυνση του ξενοδοχείου για την εγκάρδια φιλοξενία ..!!!Θα σας ξαναεπισκεφτούμε πολύ σύντομα ..!!!

+: Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the sunset and sea. Rooms are clean and relatively quiet. Hotel organizes free transport to the city center, which is an additional convenience. Hotel staff is extremely friendly, Maria Vroullou the supervisor, Laur and George from the restaurant deserved a special mention. Totally recommend this place.

+: Outstanding experience at this hotel. Rated 10 out of 10 for the atmosphere, cleanliness, breakfast, and location. A quiet, intimate ambiance due to the off-season visit with few guests and minimal children. The breakfast was perfect with a wide variety, featuring local products such as dates, freshly baked bread, prosciutto, quality syrups, numerous vegetarian options, high-quality muesli, freshly cooked (not reheated) pancakes, white chocolate cream, baked spinach, and various other delights not commonly found in other hotels. Fresh fruits were replenished daily in the room's mini-fridge. The room included a small kitchenette with a sink and microwave. The interior felt freshly renovated, providing a refreshing atmosphere.

+: Znakomita obsługa, starająca się spełnić wszystkie oczekiwania gości. Czyste pokoje i pościel, ogólnie cały hotel elegancki, czysty i zadbany, pyszne, urozmaicone jedzenie, dobre prosecco, ciekawe drinki, świeżo mielona kawa w głównym barze, piękne widoki, brak insektów, spokojni i kulturalni goście, przede wszystkim z Anglii.Najlepsza szefowa restauracji - Maria Vroullou!!!Codziennie przechadzał się po całym obiekcie i czuwał nad wszystkim główny manager hotelu, pan Makis Christofis - bardzo dziękujemy Wam i całej przyjaznej obsłudze za cudowne wakacje z okazji 20. Rocznicy ślubu 😀

+: This hotel and in particular the staff exceeded all expectations and I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and better quality of all inclusive hotel. I had made a mistake when booking but the front of house staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue and kept me informed constantly whilst they resolved the issue I made.

-: The spa manager was confrontational and unpleasant when declining a treatment with the spa. I overheard him with other guests and I dislike the pressure sales technique used and guests had to sign a form there and then to confirm the booking. I always book in for a massage when staying at hotels, however due to his attitude when I wanted to think about which treatment to book, I decided against it. This was a small dint on my experience, however due to the exceptional care from all other staff, it didn't matter.

+: The food was superb. Good variety and quality, beautiful salads and really good quality desserts. Staff are absolutely lovely, brilliant with kids and make you feel welcome. We really enjoyed our holiday- thank you!
