+: Our stay at the Chedi was exceptional! Thanks to the staff from the room service to life guards, The Restaurant and Beach House that made our stay 1010 The rooms were cleaned and decorated daily and the service was non stop and everyone were friendly and welcoming. Thanks to room service team! The Guest Relation Manager Maria helped us a lot navigating the hot spots and made reservations. The restaurant did an amazing job and even greater food everyday it got better and better! Thanks to Chef Nady and his team Hamd, Islam, Mahmud (serving eggs), Ahmed, Bishoy, Fatima and Marina The Beach House service was great too! thanks to Salem, Ahmed and Omar special thanks to life guards as well, Shebl, Islam, Ibrahim, Hatim and everyone on beach Duty. the stay will not be the last and can't wait to visit back and meet the great team again!

+: - The staff is so kind, helpful and friendly.- The Japanese restaurant is great. Overall the food is good.- The app u download that has all the services and offers
-: You have to pay extra fees to use a side of the beach where it is clear and has no rocks. They have to work more on the resort activities especially at night.

+: L’hôtel est un véritable havre de paix à échelle humaine, exactement comme je les aime. J’ai pu y trouver le calme et la sérénité que je recherchais. Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné, toujours aux petits soins, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable. Les installations, notamment les piscines, sont bien entretenues et propres, ce qui a largement contribué à mon repos et à mon bien-être durant ces 72 heures.
-: La plage n’était pas très propre, bien que cela ne soit pas entièrement de la responsabilité de l’hôtel. Par ailleurs, le manque de clarté concernant la répartition des piscines entre adultes et enfants a entraîné une confusion, avec des enfants présents dans toutes les piscines, ce qui a parfois rendu l’expérience moins agréable.

+: Everything fine. Very relaxing. Staff very kind and always available. You get what you need even before you ask. Perfect position! At the reception Macarius ready to quickly help you with anything you wish.
-: Only one negative comment: staff cleans the beach very often, but it should be cleaned even more frequently because (also due to the wind) the sea brings junk.

+: Everything about The Chedi was exceptional, the service, hospitality, I would like to specially thank Maria from guest relations and Mario for their hospitality and lovely worm welcoming. I would definitely recommend and will go back to the chedi again
