Park wodny Charmillion Club (np. Aqua Park Sea Club)

+: This is the second year in a row we have been to Charmillion Aquapark. Nowhere else in Sharm is such great value for money. The food selection is amazing (especially for vegetarians like me), the gym has a couple of good treadmills and other equipment (for burning off all those calories from the buffet), the staff are EXTRAORDINARY - they go above and beyond to help you and seem to genuinely love their job and the waterpark itself is wonderful for both big and small kids!

+: Very clean and comfortable

+: Good paddling pool for a two year old. Despite saying that they do not allow the childcare kids club facilities for under 4 year olds, they do, and this worked fine. Gardens were well looked after. Room cleaning was done well, at convenient times for guests.

-: Poor access to good beachesMediocre food taste, although things like puddings looked good. Inability to make room changes - we wanted an additional room, but they could, but would not organise this. Poor advertising of activities to do in Sharm, with clear, accurate costs.Pools not great for anyone older than 3Loud, annoying music much of the time.Uncomfortable beds.Only BBC news and CNN as English channels -not English film channels.Gym did not open until 10am : needs to open at 7am!Tennis court was useless as there were only two tennis balls! No sailing trips offered.Really cheap, tacky shops.Poor organising of taxis - should be really easy to get a taxi when wanted and know the price.Booking.com was also not good enough: could not arrange a change to number of beds; had wrong numbers for direct contact with the resort; poor changes of time for taxi to from airport.

+: Great stuff, Great resort, food was great with so many variety.Room was clean, I booked 3 rooms for myself and family and no complains at all

+: The staff was really friendly, helped with anything we needed , especially with the children, this is the second time we have stayed here. And would go again .
