+: Ein tolles Hotel zum Entspannen! Unsere Gästebetreuerin Alisa hat sich wirklich toll um uns gekümmert.
-: Leider hatten wir beide Magen Darmprobleme und anderen Gästen ging es wohl auch so. Für ein Hotel der Luxusklasse ist das Internet miserabel und VPN funktioniert auch nicht.

+: Ausgezeichnetes Essen, Sehr sauber, freundliche Bedienung. Man kann über einen langen Strandweg (2,1 Km x2) bei allen Hotels vorbei laufen.
-: Einziges Manko; im All-Inklusiv-Paket ist der Wein ungeniessbar und der Zuschlag auf Importweine ist sehr hoch.

+: I like everything about the Hotel.The most iconic thing about this place is that you feel like a king or queen.The place is very clean, quite, and friendly.In combination with the amazing weather, it is the perfect escape for anyone.In the morning, you can enjoy the amazing breakfast, weather, sand, sea, and animation program (volleyball ball, yoga, games, water gym….etc)In the afternoon, the amazing lunch infornt of the sea at Mashawi bar.And in the night, the dinner and the spectacular night shows.And finally, a snuggle in the cozy bed.I have to mention that this time animation team is the best I have ever seem.MohamedPatrikLisaAbbieTitoBeboAnd one more.Mahmoud and abdelrehim from the Mashawi barAli and Mohamed from receptionRabah - bars managerHamdy and Ala aludiin from main restaurant.Shazly from pool bar.Everyone and I am affraid to miss names

+: Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern. Beim Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen im Buffetrestaurant hatte man eine tolle Auswahl an Speisen. Auch die à la carte Restaurants waren super. Getränke der Minibar wurden täglich aufgefüllt. Das Hausriff ist wunderschön und voller Leben. Es war ein richtig schöner Urlaub und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
