+: There's nothing to like. Worst stay in Georgia.
-: Hotel advertises rooms with balcony. I was put in a room in the basement. Upon my request I was told that none of the rooms has a balcony. I didn't need a balcony but certainly did not expect (and did not want) to stay in the basement, after reading the room had a balcony. Unfriendly staff and unwilling to resolve issue. No hospitality at all. According to booking.com page, rooms also feature a kettle and dining table. None of this is available in basement rooms. Carpet is stained, shower smells moldy (well, what to expect in a basement?)

+: excellent view from the window, a comfortable working place, friendly and helpful staff, Georgian restaurant in 450 m.
-: the radiator didn't work, water was hot only at certain times in the mornings and evenings, moldy bathroom tiles, the carpet covering on the floor very dirty and in holes, warm blankets are very very filthy (in huge spots of unknown origin).
