+: Le personnel est exceptionnel, très accueillant et à l’écoute des besoins. La nourriture du restaurant est vraiment bonne et le room service est top. La vue des suites côté mer est incroyable. La piscine est assez chaude pour y aller même la nuit, la suite est vraiment grande et spacieuse tout comme la terrasse. Les transats sont confortables et le service de chambre est efficace.

-: L’anglais est quasiment indispensable. Le lit pourrait être plus confortable, le matelas est un peu creusé et trop ferme selon nous mais ça n’empêche pas de bien dormir. Il n’y a pas de fer à repasser (ou pas vu), difficile de mettre les chemises qui ont voyagé dans la valise. Le QR code pour la connexion à la tv (spotify, netflix et autre) ne fonctionnait pas et petit détail, pas de spray où sent bon dans la toilette. !!! Pour la demi pension, les boissons sont en supplément lors du dîner !!!

+: The stuff are super friendly and very helpful, they also managed several day trips for us.The suites are very nice The first floor suites has more privacy than the ground floor as they aren't on the same ground floor as the garage area where everyone passing in the garage might peak a sneak look between the small tree fence to the ground floor suites, but the suites on the ground floor are two levels and are spacious space not for lazy people 😅🤣 you will exercise inside the suite going up and down .. hahahah also we were in end of April (before the season start) so actually not a lot of people were passing in the garage. And I liked that the bed is in upper floor in the ground floor suite so you can have a sea view from the bed ... you get the same view from the first floor suites as well.The Bar, Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is great and the view from there is also the best view of the sea.Can't stress enough how friendly the people are.

-: If you don't have a car, you are a bit isolated and need to pay 45€ sometimes 50€ to reach the city centre but if you going to enjoy the suites it wouldn't be a problem. For us we had day trips arranged by the hotel and the pickup location was from the hotel so we didn't need a car .. only one time taxi to reach from the Airport and another to go back to the airport.Also maybe worth to mention we were in April and the swimming pool isn't heated so it was a bit cold for my wife, but I enjoyed it so much even at night.The pool is not deep but about one meter deep so it's more for relaxing not swimming but it has two x2 water jets plunge Jacuzzi so a couple can enjoy and relax at the same time.There is no big swimming pool in the hotel if you want to swim but the beach is less than a walking distance and it's very clean beach with sand, long relaxing chairs and umbrella... I didn't see a sea guard there so it might be at your own risk or maybe because we were there before the season start.
