+: Access to beach and some wonderful restaurants perfect for summer stay . Spectacular gym - brand new and amazing spa facilities . A fraction of the price of other 5 star properties near by

+: Loads of facilities - pools great , and clean , especially the salt water pool.Room with great view - very clean and comfy bed and clean soft beddings.Great and polite staff.Overall a great hotel with loads of potential to live up to the star rating but due to the issues below not a five star but four -
-: The food quality is not up to the level of cost five stars-poor taste and quality -We went outside to eat most days.The service at the beach restaurant very slow- the call bell is ignored ( so no point having it ) and it was not even busy- Room offers tea and coffee but really they only have coffee making facilities - if you want tea , you get to use a cappuccino cup and a low quality tea bag and the milk is evaporated - great for coffee but terrible for tea.And even when I brought it to their attention , it was not resolved - The spa pool:It is additional charge even if you are resident and they have a weird system where they have personnel following you around and they turn on which machine in the pool you are about to use ! Creating this way a sense of control removing any feeling of relaxation ! And for €50 additional charge for one hour - it’s definitely not leaving you wanting more -Also, we were asked to wear a horrible plastic hair hat ( to stop the hair going into the pool filter ) but later I saw two guys walking in without that, so they impose this to some and what’s the criteria I wonder ?
