+: Idéal pour un séjour en amoureux, le calme autour de la piscine malgré le taux d’occupation élevé. Le petit dej buffet délicieux, salle de sport toujours propre, la chambre (suite avec piscine privée) magnifique et le service excellent

-: Honnêtement rien à redire, tout notre séjour s’est très bien passé à tous les niveaux

+: Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Empfang der Gäste war gut und speziell organisiert. Essen ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Gerne wieder.

+: The property is in a good location in town Very good design and the rooms were beautiful I loved the private pool although I would say it is semi private as people can still look into your pool from outside

-: We had asked prior to coming for a gift for our anniversary. This was agreed but it was not there when we checked in and there was no compensation or rectification of this.

+: Uns hatts gut gefallen , erwachsene hotel ist gut Die Hotel lage nebem strand , strand liege wahr sauber ,Ganzen hotel Freuntliches personal , jemand konnte bischen deutsch was schön wahr , es riecht sehr gut im Hotel Zimmer mit pool (im haubtshaus zimmer nr 1114 ) wahr perfect ,Man hat sich wohlgefühlt das esse wahr auch immer frisch und gut :-)Würde ich wider gehen , vileicht beim nächsten mahl anderes Zimmer ausprobieren mit pool . Aber allem ist alles gut

+: Amazing hotel and staff

+: Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone I interacted with seemed happy to work there and was pleasant. The aesthetic of the resort was top-notch with very clear designs throughout the whole resort. The food for the breakfast and dinner was also very yummy, the breakfast was consistently great with new additions day to day. The dinners were mostly good, the highlight being the Cretan night.

-: There were some choices of aesthetics made over functionality, for example, the QR codes by the pool take you to a website that lists the food and drink options. The color design of this website is horrid, black text over a dark beige background makes it very difficult to read the menu, especially in the bright sun. Some of the design choices in the room felt odd as well, there were two buttons over the toilet, presumably one for a heavy flush and another for a light flush, but the buttons looked the exact same and I was never clear ifhow the buttons were different
