+: Le personnel attentionné Les restaurants La piscine La vue

-: La chambre - propre mais très mal entretenue (surtout la salle de bains et la baignoire) Ne vaut certainement pas le prix de la nuitée

-: Tout est vieillot et mal entretenu. Bruits de bulle à verres dès 7:30 am.

+: Prachtig uitzicht, veel faciliteiten, vriendelijk personeel en een hartelijke ontvangst.

-: De kamer was verouderd, zeker in vergelijking met andere plaatsen waar we verbleven. De douche in bad was te laag voor mijn man en helaas niet verstelbaar vanwege het lage plafond. Ook hadden we veel muggen op de kamer. Prijs-kwaliteit was wat ons betreft dus wel wat uit verhouding - voor ons gevoel betaal je met name voor de faciliteiten en de service.

+: Practically everything was superb. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The range of facilities and choice of places to eat is good. Service was exemplary. There is a private beach with hold & cold running service on tap - what more could you want?

-: Very few problems. As some others have commented, the rooms could do with some updatesmaintenance in places but nothing that detracted from our stay. We had a specific problem which surely many travellers face: our daughter has a severe nut allergy. Sadly there was no labelling on menus so we had to enquire with every meal, as which point we realised that the staff don't understand much about allergies either. They don't understand what is in their food, where it's come from or the difference between contains may contain trace etc. This made each meal time far more stressful than it needed to be. If only the menus (or dishes on the buffet) were labelled properly we would have saved a lot of staff time and a lot of stress. Come on guys - this has got to be easy to fix!!

+: We had a lovely week, the staff were all really lovely and helpful, the beach was lovely and relaxing with good service. The views were really lovey.

-: The rooms were quite dated and need renovating, the food needs a bit more quality and variety with more Greek dishes.

+: Great location beautiful hotel and sweet staff.

-: It was beginning of Oct the weather was very nice however their pool was freezing. We paid a lot for the stay and part of what we paid for were facilities such as the pool we did not get to swim not one day. They should have heated ot at least a bit. And on top no one was swimming so mich it was cold so that was a bummer. As for the indoor pool it s not really a pool it was a jet pool for the spa and very small we ended being all crammed in there because the kids wanted to swim.And the second thing was we ordered room Service one time. Delicious desserts. Then went to have dinner at the hotel restaurant after we cane back to our room we find that the room service have come and cleared all the plates without us asking for it!! That was not ok to have our privacy broken like that I did not appreciate it a bit.
