+: La propriétaire est adorable. Elle nous a laissé pas mal de choses dans le frigo (beaucoup de fruits, de l'eau, du pain...). Grande terrasse avec une belle vue sur la mer

-: L'appartement est fonctionnel et calme mais mal équipé (il faisait une chaleur horrible, la clim est seulement installée dans une des 2 chambres..., les matelas des lits sont clairement à changer, la cuisine mériterait un petit rafraichissement (mur et rangements). Gros malentendu au sujet de la piscine qui visiblement appartient à l'hôtel situé à coté de l'appartement : nous étions tolérés mais pas vraiment habilités à l'utiliser.... J'ai conseillé à la propriétaire d'installer la clim dans le salon, de changer les matelas et de clarifier l'accès à la piscine. J'espère qu'elle prendra cela en compte pour les prochains locataires !

+: Ideal place for relaxation and unforgettable holidays!!! The owners were extremely welcoming!!! I wish next time to have more days to enjoy the amazing balcony the apartment has.

+: The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults and 1 child. It was spacious enough, clean, all facilities we needed were provided. The best part of this property was a terrace, where we were chilling every evening with a glass of wine. Big thanks to the lovely lady who is running the apartment and who was always helpful. We had a great time.

+: The apartment had an amacing view.The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

+: The description said there would be two sofa beds. There was no sofa beds, only two leather yellow worn out sofa's. They were smelly and covered by worn out smelly blankets. Mrs. ARGIRO even put out the electricity the next day. The ice in the freezer melted. In the bathroom was fungus.

-: The kitchen, bathroom and livingroom stinks very badly. There is only one airconditioning in one bedroom that doesn't have any effect on the temperature in the rest of the apartment. The owner mrs. ARGIRO lied to us. She said she would give our money back if she can't fix this problem. A second ventilator doesn't make the temperature go down. During this time with COVID-19 clean air is very important. You will not get healthy air in this apartment. Mrs. ARGIRO putted a parfum sticker underneath the stink to cover the smell from it. This didn't help.

+: Labai puiki vieta atostogoms, jei į ją atvykstama nuomotu automobiliu, nes apartamentai yra tolėliau nuo pagrindinių Gerani miestelio gatvių. Apartamentai dideli, juose yra visa reikalinga įranga maisto gaminimui ir pan. Apartamentai yra antrame pastato aukšte, didžiulis privalumas - didelė terasa, kurioje yra gultai, stalas, kėdės, skėčiai ir daug gėlių. Terasa labai privati, nes prieš apartamentus, nei už jų nėra jokių pastatų, todėl galima mėgautis ramybe ir privatumu. Iš vienos terasos pusės atsiveria vaizdas į jūrą. Apartamentų gyventojai gali naudotis puikiu, dideliu baseinu. Maloni ir draugiška šeimininkė.
