+: Very clean and close to 2 towns Spilia and Kolymvari. Only 20 minutes from Chania

-: Transport needed for stay at Theo Villas. Very steep incline from parking area to road. Area is remote for children.

+: Amazing accommodation ❤️ 3 bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, amazing terraces on each floor, pool and relaxation area outside. The view is stunning.Maria was so welcoming and nice to us, we highly appreciated it 🤩The Villa is located in a small village, but close to the coast and famous beaches. There is a parking place inside the courtyard, but better to check in advance the parking set-up, especially for manual cars.

+: Awesome villas equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Very calm and quite area but still very close to the main road which takes you to Chania or the nearby villages and beaches. Would definitely recommend. Maria was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you!

+: Les maisons sont très modernes, propres et super bien équipées. Tout a été pensé pour que l'on passe un merveilleux séjour. La vue est complètement dégagée sur la mer qui n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture. La piscine est un peu petite mais largement suffisante.

-: Je cherche encore. Allez pour trouver un petit défaut je dirais l'accès qui ressemble à une piste de ski mais en sachant qu'on peut aussi arriver par une autre route beaucoup moins pentue.

+: - Toller Pool und man kann dort gut zu 4. oder mehr planschen. Natürlich wird es mit Bahnen schwimmen aufgrund der Größe etwas schwer, aber das kann man den Bildern entnehmen 😄- Maria unser Host war einfach 1A. Immer erreichbar, tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde die Unterkunft auch nochmals gereinigt. Apropos Reinigung, die Wohnung war top sauber- Schöne Aussicht- Tolles Willkommenspaket (Nudeln, Tomatensoße, Honig, Raki usw.)Sicherlich gab es noch mehr, aber kurz gesagt es war einfach toll dort. Die Bilder lügen nicht 😊

-: - Parkgelegenheiten (oberste Wohnung) sind vorhanden, aber mit unserem 9-Sitzer war es uns leider nicht möglich diese zu nutzen. Mit einem kleineren Auto vielleicht machbar, aber das Gefälle zu den Parkplätzen (Zufahrtsstraße) ist schon knackig. Wir konnten aber problemlos, oberhalb der Wohnung am Straßenrand parken. Also kein Problem!- Eine Kleinigkeit noch: Die Beleuchtung in der Lobby war aufgrund der Deckenhöhe etwas schwach. Aber damit konnte man auch gut leben, wir hatten halt leider auch das Glück ein paar regnerischere Tage erwischt zu haben

+: First and foremost, Maria and her family are amazing hosts, 100%!!👏👏👏 We loved staying at Theo Villas! The house is well laid out and carefully looked after. A fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen, the beds are super comfy, the views are simply breathtaking and the private pool is a huge plus! There are lots of beautiful beaches and great places to eat close by. And if like us you love to have some home-cooked meals as well, there are enough grocery stores within a very short drive. Maria is such a lovely and warm person. Always quick to respond when we reached out to her, and addressed the issues we raised. The road leading to the parking area is steep but after the first day, we got used to it😃 All in all, we would stay here again, and we would definitely recommend it!
