+: Eines der besten Ferienhäuser die wir in Griechenland gemietet haben. Unmittelbar am Strand . Auf Sauberkeit und Höflichkeit wird wert gelegt. Fahrräder Rikschas Kanu Spielplatz Griller inkl. Kohle und Anzünder alles da. Gemüse umd Obst aus dem Garten . Einfach toll. Da muss man schwer nachdenken um etwas Negatives zu finden . Wir fanden nichts und werden gerne wiederkommen. DANKE nochmals an das gesamte Team. Alles Gute wünschen wir und vor allem alles Gute von BOBBY.

+: La calorosa accoglienza lo splendido giardino mediterraneo con spazi per la lettura. Nella stanza c' era tutto perfino la macchina per l' espresso.

+: Everything is well thought! Great location! Very clean and beautiful landscape! The veranda is amazing! Beach was great but I was impressed by the sea mostly! The host made everything for us to feel welcome!

-: The bedrooms were a little on the small side, the bed is ok but not great to my taste and in the second bathroom the ceiling was low and very small but nothing really disappointed us.

+: Ammouda villas is a heaven on the Earth! Yannis is unbelievably welcoming host who made us feel in paradise. Honestly, we feel unloved with the place, the hospitality and thoughtfulness we have met here. The complex is a state of art even for people who have little or no idea about gardening: so many trees, flowers and plants, looks so piece full and natural. Location is across the beach (Trani Ammouda beach in Ormos Panagias) which I strongly recommend. The double room we had was an excellent value for money. Coffee and water provided on side as well as some snacks for the first breakfast. Each room or villa has its own sun bad and umbrella, completely private and on the first line on the beach. All sun beds are on the first line, completely free of charge, reserved for your roomvilla. The complex provides a playgroup, basketball playground, bicycles, a lot of activities for family and toddlers as well as a wonderful garden and a private patio. Parking with a shadow for each car (roomvilla) inside the complex. I simple don't know how this can be improved. We will be back soon! This was an excellent time and we've got completely relaxing time.

+: Der Besitzer begrüßte uns persönlich, hat uns das Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage gezeigt, er war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, ermöglichte uns sogar einen frühen Check-in.Die Anlage ist wunderschön - mit tollem Garten, Tischtennis, Basketball Platz etc. Alles, was im Garten wächst ist biologisch und es ist ausdrücklich gewünscht, dass man sich bedient. Es gibt auch Fahrräder, die man einfach nehmen kann. Unser Doppelzimmer war klein, aber sehr komfortabel und super sauber - es fehlt einem an nichts. Sogar Strandtücher gab es. Man konnte sich Einer mit Eiswürfeln für seine Getränke am Strand nehmen.Der private Strand ist gleich vor der Anlage und auch wunderschön: es gibt Liegen, Strandschirme, Couches. Man kann sich außerdem Kayaks und Stand-up Paddle nehmen - alles im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen. Wir waren nur zuzweit, haben aber gesehen, dass es für Kinder sehr viel Strandspielzeug gab, ist also mit Sicherheit auch für die Kleinen toll.Wir kommen sicherlich wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind!

Le propriétaire toujours à l’écoute prends le temps de vous présenter l’environnement, votre chambre et l’emplacement qui vous est réservé à la plage située juste en face. A disposition vélos, voitures à pédales ou bien paddle et kayak côté mer. Adresse recommandée sans hésitation !
