+: We were upgraded to the superior room with a big bed with garden view. Excellent shower and nice breakfast. The Board walk restaurant offers a beautiful sunset wiew. The spa offers massages at an excelent price. From the hotel, you can walk to Jerman beach that is for me the best urban beach in Kuta.

+: Great location, excellent service as in dining, pools and massages,great customer service and very friendly, excellent breakfast and other resturant service, so friendly and helpful to the fullest staff. Very clean. My only gripe not huge but bigger bathroom towels would be good😀

+: Fabulous location on the beach with a boardwalk to enjoy every day. The gardens were very relaxing and full of birdlife. The spa prices were amazing, the staff professional and the ambiance was very relaxing.

+: Have stayed before and meets expectations every time, great location, fantastic staff and wonderful infinity pool with amazing view. Cannot recommend highly enough
-: Beds could have been softer but being picky!! I really think that in most instances this resort would meet the needs of the majority of travelers.

+: The gardens were beautiful and well looked after. The breakfast also kept the kids happy with slight changes each day. It had a great vibe and we will definitely be coming back here for our next visit to Bali
-: The pillows. It would be nice to have some different options for pillow thickness.
