+: Such an amazing stay here! The staff are all so wonderful and looked after us throughout our stay so well! We loved how there was a real emphasis on security when entering the hotel, we always felt safe! The site was amazing and all the different pools were beautiful spots to relax! Our room was super clean and the housekeeping was done every day. Big thank you to Demmy, Vina, Bajra, Desta.

+: Het resort is heel erg mooi. De hotelkamer was zeer schoon net zoals alles daar. Iedereen van het personeel was heel erg aardig en gastvrij. Het transport van het vliegveld naar het resort met meneer Faizel was heel goed. De hotel manager meneer Demi was zeer aardig en heeft ons goed wegwijs gemaakt. Ook heeft hij ons goede tips gegeven voor bezienswaardigheden.Goede bar en we hebben lekkere drankjes gedronken bij mevrouw Cristina. Het zwembad was zeer schoon en mooi. Met andere woorden het was een geweldige ervaring en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Kan niet wachten tot ik terug kan komen samen met mijn gezin.

+: 服务超级棒，前台中文很好，check in 和check out很丝滑，还送了饮品，态度很好，第二天还在床上布置了很可爱的字。健身房超级棒！！有三层，每层的器械都非常专业，人也很少，体验很好！泳池也很干净漂亮，安静舒适。给Kike小姐满分好评！

His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Without his assistance, our stay would not have been as enjoyable. Another staff member who made our stay memorable was Cristina. She offered us exceptional recommendations for local restaurants to visit. Her knowledge of the area and genuine enthusiasm for sharing the best dining experiences made our evenings truly special. Thanks to Cristina, we discovered hidden culinary gems that we would have otherwise missed. I would also like to mention Evan, who assisted us with our room reservation. +: the hotel was amazing, everything was spotless and poolpool bar was on point! breakfast buffet was the best i've had in bali ever and the rendang pizza for lunch was delish!!! the staff were awesome, every day when cleaning the room they would set up our daughters bed with her stuffed toys in a different position and leave our towels in a decorative manor, was those little touches that made this such a good place to stay. Demmy the guest experience manager was so helpful as well, anything we needed he was there to help. will 100% be staying here again and be recommending to fam and friends for sure.
