+: Staff and location were good. Pool area was decent.
-: Our villa was disgusting. Mosquitos everywhere. Dirty surfaces. Everything was tired and out dated. Toilet was broken upstairs. Shower area had stagnant water and if it rained the water dropped off the dirty tiles onto you. Bedroom roof leaked, dropped all over our clothes and electrical equipment. Disgusting, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Our villa isn’t fit for purpose. Can’t believe booking.com haven’t pushed for a refund. Awful service. Won’t be using again.

+: J'ai aimé la villa (sans piscine) avec le salon ouvert sur le jardin et un hamac pour lire ou se reposer.
-: Personnel un peu désorganisé. Ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner à une table à la piscine car un cours de cuisine devait avoir lieu plus tard.

-: في الحقيقة حضرت للمكان في شهر يونيو المكان قديم نوعا ما ويحتاج اعمال صيانه سرير النوم كان الفراش به قديم ولا يوجد غطاء جيد المناشف يتضح بانها قديمه وبالنسبة لي لم اشعر بالراحة بسبب البعوض و كذلك الموقع الذي به الفيلا غير مريح نفسيا كونه عشوائي مما يشعرك بالريبة

+: Beautiful staff, they were all so helpful, kind and loved our kids. Beautiful people. Edna at the reception was a sweet heart. Wayan at the bar is a good soul aswell.The villa is perfect for a family. Great location and the size of the villa was exactly what we were after. Pool area was good, and never busy. Rooms cleaned daily, beds turned down in the afternoon and mozzy coils lit for you.Clean facilities.
-: We stayed in the 2 bedroom bungalow which unfortunately had alot of mosquito's all the time. We used spray around the whole bungalow as soon as we woke up so the kids didnt get bitten, and applied bushman's constantly even after waking up. I don't like to apply that on the kids but had no choice or they were getting bitten. The owner fogs every couple of days but it didn't really make a difference. The garden area and grass is nice but useless as the mozzies attack as soon as you stand on it. The other villas which are larger and tiled did not have the same problem, well as bad. There is a building site next door, it's noisy early until around 9pm. The builders could see in our open shower toilet area however the staff fixed this immediately after we expressed our concerns. The beds need to be replaced as they are old and not comfortable.
