+: The Albatross is a stunning property with beautiful, unobstructed views overlooking Victoria Dam. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The food was superb, we enjoyed authentic Sri Lankan dishes for dinner and lighter sandwiches and omelettes for breakfast and lunch - both were 1010! The chef catered to my vegetarian diet which was highly appreciated.The hosts at the hotel were so kind and accommodating. We felt really well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

+: I had an exceptional stay at the hotel in Sri Lanka. The location was simply amazing, offering a serene and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel's quality was top-notch, providing me with the best sleep and stunning views during meals. The amenities, including a jacuzzi, sauna, and pool, contributed to the overall experience. The food was delicious, and the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations were noteworthy. Additionally, the hotel had a pool table for enjoyable moments with my partner or friends. The separate bar with an English pub atmosphere added a special touch to the overall ambiance. The spacious outdoor areas, coupled with a large hall, big TV, and reliable WIFI, made the stay even more enjoyable. A bicycle trip around the golf field added a nice touch to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay.

-: I encountered a few issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the limited breakfast options were somewhat disappointing. Additionally, I found the staff to be less than accommodating, which impacted the overall friendliness of the establishment. One significant concern was the inability to access the hotel after midnight, creating an inconvenience reminds of a student dormitory. The hotel's policy of closing the door at that hour seemed restrictive and detracted from the overall flexibility and convenience of the stay. Furthermore, the bicycle rental service left much to be desired. The poor quality of the bicycles and the unexpected double charge for their use were notable drawbacks. It was frustrating to be charged twice, especially considering we were initially assured that the timing of bicycle usage wouldn't be an issue. This inconsistency in policy added an unwelcome layer of inconvenience to the overall experience. When I approached them to change money, I was offered an unfavorable rate, which was disappointing. This aspect of the service further contributed to my overall dissatisfaction during the stay.

+: Albatros to hotel marzeń do którego chce się wrócić! Widok jest spektakularny, niesamowity i ciężko o coś piękniejszego. Wspaniale prowadzony przy pomocny i miły oraz profesjonalny personel. Własiciciel powierzył hotel właściwym osobom, ktore dbają o niego i o gości. Jedzenie to mistrzostwo świata. Sajgonki z salsą pomarańczowo-pomidorową - pycha! Nasz syn uwielbiał całą obsługę.

+: Even this place is little far from the Kandy City (approx 25 Km), it's a place which you must try at least once to experience the real beauty of Sri Lanka. I suggest to stay at least 2 to 3 days to fully experience the atmosphere it's worth for your every penny. The Staffs are really friendly and helpful and you you can ask for any information !!
