+: The room was beautiful, it felt like home away from home. The staff were so attentive with everything single small details. The resort itself was big and had many activities to enjoy. The food and beverages were also very nice.

+: Buffet breakfast was amazing, excellent variety every day with lots of fresh juices and fresh fruits. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were large and well supplied. Although bedroom lacked a comfy chair or sofa
-: The walk to the restaurants in the hot & humid weather was a little uncomfortable for example you would get to the breakfast feeling sweaty & flustered. Air conditioning in the main restaurant and lobby could be improved

+: The pool and the beach are beautiful. The staff are very nice buy very slow and they need a lot of training. The buffet is good .but u should at least offer drinks for dinner we had to pay for all our drinks.

+: Staff is very professional, kind, and attentive.Rooms are clean, very spacious, and beautiful, decorated with nice window views and good ventilation ac.The location is great ,with a nice beach where you can swim and enjoy the sun.Food is various and good, and there is always something you can find to enjoy. Distance from airport to hotel is about max 2h.It is a nice place to relax and enjoy if you travel alone without anyone intruding. They have some nice souvenirs to buy in the hotel that would help the locals with their small business, and I believe anyone can afford to buy something nice as a memorie or gift for dear ones. These people have been very affected by covid, and every little help counts for them .

+: Sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage mit allem drum und dran. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön und sehr gross. Wir hatten Halbpension inklusive, das lohnt sich in diesem Hotel sehr, denn es gibt kaum Alternativen ausserhalb des Hotels. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen im Hauptrestaurant waren sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Service sehr freundlich.
-: Obwohl das Areal des Hotels riesig ist gibt es nur wenige schöne Plätze zum Sein. Der Bereich um die Pools ist ziemlich begrenzt, resp einfach mit Liegen vollgestellt. Das Hotel ist in 2 Teile unterteilt, zur Lagune ausgerichtet oder zum Meer hin. Die Verbindung zwischen den Bereichen ist ein sehr hässlicher Gang mit viel Beton. Überhaupt wurde sehr viel Beton verbaut, es hat nicht so viel von einem tropischen Inselhotel wie die Fotos suggerieren. Der Weg zum Strand führt auch durch den Gang, dann durch das italienische Restaurant und dann durch einen Streifen Niemandsland. Die Architektur finden wir gar nicht gelungen. Wenn man ausserhalb vom Hotel etwas machen möchte, gibt es wirklich nicht viel. Die Preise vom Spa und Ausflüge vom Hotel sind Jenseits von Gut und Böse.
