+: Spectacular resort- huge grounds, 2 spread out and heated pools, wonderful and classy lounge. Very quick and direct beach access and a small but clean beach.The room was great and large-the sofa bed was exceptionally comfy. Large bathroom area.

-: Average breakfast. The entrance is strange and dingy-not adequately lit and felt like I was entering an old prison or fort.Their billing software had some issues whereby they though we had not paid the full amount at checkout, although we had done that on arrival. But was solved.

+: Out standing hotel with all facilities. Breakfast was fantastic. Happy to pay even expensive hotel. Highly recommended 🥰

+: Extremely wet in apartments very disappointed.

+: Very friendly staff and great pool

-: The rooms were damp, the patio window didn’t close properly which meant there was a constant draft, the rug around the bed was filthy and some of the staff were over keen, taking away plates before we’d even finished our food. The international menu has been adjusted with a local twist, every meal had chili or chili flakes in it.What should be a 5star hotel turned out to feel like a glorified 3 star.

+: Great hotel with wonderful pool and beach

-: The food can be better, 75% of seats in the restaurant are not air conditioned, which is very uncomfortable in summer months .

+: The majority of staff were excellent, there was a training gap for two staff on reception who were haphazard in service.The location, pools, gardens, and beach are absolutely stunning, and the pool staff are excellent.The breakfast and food overall is of a very high quality.

-: Wrong information from reception about yoga classes and local area.Cleaning of the room should have been better, there was sand left over from beach, they have to deep clean floor.The car ride from airport to hotel was very hot and a poor driver even though we got a car from the Cinnamon desk, at a premium price, they should make sure they use agency drivers with fully functioning AC and good quality cars, especially for the 75 dollar rate
