+: El desayuno fantastico La ubicación muy bien..cruzas el puente y ya estas en el centro.

-: Algo raro..tenia el aire a 24°...y el suelo es de cemento fino...y estaba mojado..patine varias veces....luego puse el aire más bajo 20° y estaba un poco menos mojado...esta claro que hay mucha humedad pero es la primera vez que veo esto...

+: A wonderful hotel with excellent service. Special thanks to Beverage Service (Iresh and his team, especially Damith for the perfect cocktails), the restaurant and the pool team. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

-: Lobby Bar deep freezing air condition - bar not really crowded, Piano is out of tune

+: Excellent facilities. Everything was perfect. Staff well trained. Special thanks to Prem at front desk who went above and beyond to help us. He was very helpful.

+: Great location and staff, excellent food and kids club.

-: Safety for kids can be improved, mold smell in the room - might be ac maintenance related issues. Not enough lighting on the property site, especially in the night.

-: When you arrive the layout is confusing a plan of the resort would be helpful. Long walk from reception to our room. Upstairs bar aircon set really cold!

+: Best hotel I have stayed in sri lanka to date. If you have a family, especially a toddler which is always a hassle to travel with, I would highly recommend this hotel. Service was impeccable and rooms, especially the sea view rooms where we stayed was amazing. I am also impressed with the sustainability initiatives I saw, very little plastic and solar panels. Well done cinnamon crew.

-: My only critical feedback is 2 points which can be fixed. The housekeeping staff, very attentive but always in your face asking you about when you will check out, and mentioning that they have an off day tomorrow ect, hinting for a tip. This made us uncomfortable. The other point is the outdoor water sports, though part of the hotel they ask for cash, I never got a receipt for this. I would double check as I believe the guys working there is just pocketing the cash for themselves.Except for these small points, we had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon and will definitely be back.

+: Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The refillable glass bottled water is refreshing to see after all of the plastic we had to use throughout the trip. The seafood at the restaurant is fantastic and the wait staff are lovely.

-: The customer service is not 5 star. We called reception twice on the morning of our checkout for some coffee, and it never came. I had to visit reception 4 times to have a refund issue resolved. We got a free bottle of wine for our trouble but I would have preferred good customer service rather than wasting my day chasing up staff. The hotel is non-responsive on the booking.com chat or via email, so any complex or tricky situations, I would avoid this hotel next time.

+: Good and spacious room with huge balcony . they also have good indian food. Complementary meals to room for our kid including( Milk , Egg fired rice , french fries , Steamed rice and boiled veggies)

-: View from the room was not that great, expecting the ocean view, but due to 1st floor, it was not that great.
