-: Impossible de se baigner sur la plage de l’hôtel car trop de cailloux , personnel pas aimable et non serviable poussant à la consommation ( par le manager du bar et restaurant Gérald ou Gérard ) chambre pas du tout à la hauteur de nos attentes surtout pour le prix beaucoup trop chère, restauration et boisson trop chère , isolation inexistante énormément de bruit de la rue et de l’hôtel ( obligé de dormir avec des boules quies ), publicité mensongère concernant les animations prévues qui ne sont rien de telle , literie d’appoint très mauvaise ( matelas sale et très mous avec des ressenti des ressorts ) pr nos enfants ! Humidité +++ dans la salle de bain provoquant des cloques au plafond , piscine ayant des endroits au sol très coupant ( mon fils s’est entaillé le dessous du pied ) , pas assez de transats pour l’ensemble des touristes et la moitié étaient cassées !! Façade dégoûtante !

+: I have to say big thank-you to the guest relations codinator manager Mr.Pudulu for sorting our rooms as there was a problem when we arrived .and they always checked if we were OK during the stay. all the restaurants, pool , housekeeping and security staff were very friendly and helpful and got us any anything we needed . Thank you for everything. I would recommend it to anyone. Hope to stay here again . :)

+: Location is good

-: We paid for triple room but it's not enough space for triple room compare to other places. Due to down south we expected more seafood items for the meals. Our package is all inclusive but unfortunately it was not happened due to national day (government rules) but tourist hotels could have some sought of procedures to avoid these kind of rules.

+: Hotel amenities, staff, location, facilities.

-: AC in rooms cannot be turned off, no blankets or covers available when the room gets too cold.Restaurant food was good but somewhat lacking in variety compared to prior stays at the same hotel.

+: One of our best visits this time during pre Christmas and the stay was wonderful. The F&B manager Gerad and his team was fantastic and they really represented what Sri Lanka is well known for- great hospitality (To name a few Amandha, Sampath etc)!! Kudos to his team. The place was nice and the vibe was really good. Would definitely visit again.

+: Great location. About 10-15 min from the highway and right on the beachfront. The swimming pool was sometimes crowded, but still enjoyable. The staff were great, especially Mr. Gerard. We are vegetarians and the dinner menu had limited veg items, especially for Indian palette. Mr Gerard went out of the way and prepared additional dishes for us (veg pulao) and our kids (pasta). We tried most of the veg items on the buffet and it was great. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. The beach was clean and beautiful and my kids had a really nice time.

-: I had booked for 2 adults plus 2 kids. Booking.com had showed me that the room will have 2 beds. But in reality it only had one queen bed. So we had to get an extra bed and were charged around $20. Perhaps better coordination needed between hotel and booking.com
