-: 5 times and 3 hours to fix an aircon…. to finally to us that Aircon is know to be not working in that room. so finally changed to another room.

+: Amazing location+ comfortable rooms with stunning views + gave a wonderful cot for my infant. 247 hot water. The attached balcony was super spacious and given the views form there almost all our time was spent there only. The beach adjoining the hotel is just perfect! The force of the waves is reduced by a nearby reef so the waves are nice and safe for even kids to play in. Pool is also wonderful. Staff is friendly and warm. They even have us complementary Christmas cake as we were there on Christmas Eve.Breakfast was decent at the property. As it wasn't included in our package, we paid an additional amount of 3000 rs per person. Uber eats delivers food from numerous nearby restaurants as well.

-: Well, the first night we were there we wanted to order food from the restaurant. We only had the number of the reception. Reception said they cant take order on phone and will send someone to our room. We called reception twice and yet they did not send anyone to take our order. Finally we just made do with what we had with us and went to bed...that was our only negative experience...all the remaining times we called reception asking for water, towels etc, they immediately complied.

-: AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS! 05 STARS1. My partner and I decided to stay at this hotel due to its “raving reviews”. The reality of this establishment is absolutely shocking to say the very least. Our room had a stench of mold, and slippery floors, the worst room cleaning I have ever witnessed in a supposed “4-star” hotel. We were given a room closest to the sewage area and it made the whole region STINK including our room. On top of that when we turned on the air conditioning unit in the room, it started to stink horribly because the air was coming from the unit closest to the sewage area.2. After spending less than 24hrs in the room my partner and I woke up in the middle of the night because we couldn’t breathe. Our lungs felt restricted. We sat out on our balcony from 3:00 am until 8:00 am due to the uncomfortable feeling of being in the room. Mold exposure should not be taken lightly. Each person's body is affected by mold toxicity in different ways. Some experience constant migraines and headaches, shortness of breath, brain fog, fatigue, or even depression.3. We were shown another room on the opposite side of the hotel and yet again the room had a horrible mold stench. When you begin to look around this establishment you begin to see water on the walls that eventually lead to mold issues. From a health and safety standpoint, this establishment should be SHUT DOWN and deemed UNSAFE for guests.4. We canceled our 9-day stay in this hotel because all the rooms and the entire establishment were not up to the standards of a “4-star” hotel.5. To get our money back from this establishment was an absolute JOKE. The Rooms Division manager Marlon blatantly LIED to me for 3 months straight about the return of my refund. These people should be ashamed of themselves for lying and saying they would return my hard-earned money for 3 months straight with no true actions being ever taken. The only way I got my money returned was by involving a lawyer.
