+: Heritage Hotel provided an exceptional experience during my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Situated near the beautiful Tissa Wewa, the location is picturesque and serene. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a superb buffet offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, I highly recommend Heritage Hotel for its excellent service, lovely location, and delightful dining experience

+: The staff was very good. The CEO Mr. Wijesighe appears to be a hands on person making sure the guests have everything. The restaurant staff was super, The reception was excellent

-: Little more details about the surroundings. A beautiful place with a super view of the dagoba what Anuradhpura offer. Nice quiet place to go for a walk

+: Fantastic location. Easy access to all the historical sites. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Food is yummy. Absolutely love the goodbye gifts given by the manager himself.

+: The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. There was a wide choice of delicious food offerings including vegetarian. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings with easy access to a major lake which was lovely for a sunset walk. The pool is a good size for proper swimming, and relaxing to sit by watching birds and butterflies. The staff arranged a knowledgeable and relaxed tour guide with tuk-tuk to visit local sites. It was such a good experience that we booked him for a second day to visit Minthale. The CEO chatted to us at dinner and seemed genuinely interested in our experience. The staff appeared relaxed around him which was also nice to see. All in all, a wonderful stay.

-: La salle de petit-déjeuner a besoin d'être refaite. Les papiers-peints se décollent. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de travaux à faire pour qu'elle devienne agréable. L'hôtel est immense et fait pour les réceptions ce qui peut occasionner des nuisances sonores. Le manager est très efficace, son personnel un peu moins.

+: The location was ideal for all the top sites in the area. The CEO spoke to us personally and even provided us with a snack upon our departure. The food was considerably okay and the restaurant service was good.

-: We stayed for two nights and on the first night we had very bad mattress , which caused both of us to have severe back pains. There were a lot of mosquitos and no mosquito vaporiser was available. We had a change of room after the mattress complain and that room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom smelled bad and the towels were smelly. Even upon request shower gel and extra bath mats were not provided. The security staff do not assist parking and this resulted us getting late as another vehicle was improperly parked blocking our vehicle.

+: Heritage hotel is amongst the greatest in Anuradhapura, and the the hotel staff team were very friendly, helpful and so welcoming. Location, Access, Services and hospitality were at its best.My kids too were enjoyed the stay.Lots of greenery amazing view as well. Moreover Very easily you can go to all ancient places to visit , they ate just around.Highly recommend this amazing place.
