+: We absolutely loved our stay!! It was our favourite hotel of our whole Sri Lankan trip. The staff were amazing, food outstanding, spa treatments phenomenal, the views out from the pool (even though it was rainy when we stayed) gorgeous! There is nothing not to like about this hotel! We honestly felt like we were staying in 5 star luxury! If we come back to Sri Lanka we are 100% coming to visit again!
-: The mattress was a-bit soft, but that’s personal preference and wouldn’t stop us staying again!

+: Amazing bungalow room next to pool and spa. Very comfortable. A short distance from main hotel with a great view. Staff really friendly and helpful.

+: De rust, het uitzicht, de ruimte en de liefde waarmee er gewerkt wordt om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Lekker zwembad en een hoop luxe! Eten was in het Amaya Hills hotel, was lekker.

-: Threatened by the hotel manager and over charged my Amex card. Asked me to pay the booking.com commission. My family and belongings detained until I agreed to pay the booking.com commission. Booking.com should not send anyone to this hotel. I will be taking this matter seriously and demand full refund

+: The greeters were amazing. They were very friendly and accommodating. They brought in another bed to fit the entire family.
