+: The breakfast had been good, the location is fine, I have been there many times & this place was a fantastic place, but now there had been ants in the bed sheets , racks full of dust, room phone not working even to call the receptionist, two single beds had been joint and made a double bed covering with a sheet, towels were very old ones. stains in the bed sheets, the celling was broken in some places, bugs in the bed, overall it had been a mess for my daughter and husband for the gift package I gave.

-: The room had been an issue and then changed after requesting many times, but even the replacement was no up to standard.

+: This hotel should be closed immediately, it is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, staff were invisible, and very unclean.

+: De mensen die daar werkzaam zijn, zijn echt hele vriendelijk mensen.

-: Wifi was heel slecht en de airco deed het niet goed helaas.

+: Breakfast and the location is good

-: Rooms are not clean that much and the staff service is poor. When we ask something they had provide a late service. But when we ask a anniversary cake for our celebration they gave us very nice cake.wanna appreciate it.

+: Location, large and clean pools. Bufet meals with a good selection of varieties. However the taste need to improve.

-: TV was not working even after few requests to check. It was important for a two days stay during rainy days.

-: The reception was not abell to ger a Taxi, went the street and got a tuk driver, to talk White meNot 4 star hotel , no Phone???
