+: JW Marriott Mauritius - wow! This place was pure paradise. Right on the beach with epic Le Morne mountain views, the location couldn't be beat. The pool was superb for chilling or to do long swims. The food was fenomenal, brilliant buffet and restaurant options. But the real stars were the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Kevin Burun and Dallini who above and beyond to make sure we had the best time ever. Absolute legends! Overall, amazing stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a luxurious Mauritius getaway!

-: šváby na pokoji, které se nepodařilo hotelu během našeho pobytu odstranit i přes ujištění o deep cleaning, jedenkrát dokonce lezly po hlavě během spánku. Pokoj č.203 na pokoji 204, kde spaly dcery bylo vše ok. Fotky raději neposílám.

+: - Unglaublich toller, persönlicher Service, vomWelcome bis zum Abschied. - Wunderschöne Lage mit Le Morne im Hintergrund und Riff direkt vorgelagert, Banyan Trees in der ganzen Anlage, generell schön angelegte Resortanlage, ewig langer Strand vor der Anlage - Exzellente und komplett unterschiedliche Restaurants mit besonderen Aktionen (Live-Cooking, Barbecue am Strand etc.)

+: Excellent service. Very hospitable staff. Good F&B offerings. A good product for families with kids as well. The restaurants covered almost all the bases. The buttler, concierge and the housekeeping team were brilliant. Ms.Neha from the front desk went above and beyong to ensure that we had a memorable trip and overall it was a perfect honeymoon trip.

-: AC in the bedroom was not working properly. The IRD menu was limited as well.

-: I went to Mauritius with my sisters on 14012024 to spend the most beautiful days of rest and relaxation after my period of treatment for illness. I was surprised by the uncooperative and unprofessional behavior of the hotel. I booked two suites for me and my sisters, and we were surprised from the first day that the air conditioning was not working, and the next day a hurricane occurred. Bilal, and the water , air conditioning in the hotel were cut off, and in compensation for us, they offered to refund the amount of accommodation and reservation, and after we left, they did not transfer any money, from the date of 17012024 until today, and because of that, I rated them at Booking at a level of 1. At that time, they contacted me to delete the comment and they promised me to transfer the amount during the end of last week at the latest. A month and a half has passed since the date of the incident and we have not been compensated for anything or any amount And now they sent a transfer reference number only and they claim that it is related to the transfer of the amount and when I asked for a copy of the transfer receipt they said there is only this number and when I contacted my bank they told them that the reference number is incorrect. I do not recommend staying in this hotel because the city is exposed to the hurricane and you will pay an amount of money and if anything happens, you will not be compensated for any of your expenses.
