+: Fint hotell med utmärkt service. Kyparen i restaurangen är helt fantastisk!

-: Myror i sängen men det problemet åtgärdades snabbt, två gånger.Vi fick inte det rum vi bokat och inget hände när vi påpekade det.

+: Breakfast on the 3rd floor with great ocean view. Large range of excursions. Snorkeling equipment avaible for guests. Location near shops and bikini beach.

+: Das Restaurant war sehr zu empfehlen, auch die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet.

-: Der Abholservice aus Male hat nur nach mehreren Rücksprachen funktioniert, obwohl die Flugdaten bekannt waren. Sowohl eine Mitreisende als auch ich wurden zu Zimmerwechsel aufgefordert. Die Endabrechnung wurde um ein Drittel erhöht, sowohl Steuern als auch die Booking.com Komission wurden dem Gast berechnet. Der für den Touristen vorgesehene Strandabschnitt wurde durch den angebrachten Sichtschutz verkleinert und die Aussicht auf das Meer versperrt. Nur der unattraktivste Strandabschnitt ist im Bikini für den Touristen zugänglich.

+: The staff was attentive and kind. The offered tours are great, and these guys did an amazing job. Thanks to them and the excellent restaurant Flame around the corner, we had some great experiences. The prices for meals at the Flame are a third of what you pay in the hotel restaurant. We wouldn't book this hotel again.

-: The hotel is running down in contrast to the pictures. An unfinished building stands close to the hotel. Our room had water damage some time ago and was foul smelling. When we got the invoice on our last day, the management insisted on paying a booking.com commission. In the end, we had to involve booking as there was no understanding from the hotel management.

+: Das Essen und der Service waren gut. Leider darf man als Frau nicht am hauseigenen Strand baden, wenn nur komplett verhüllt im Burkini. Der minimalistische Touristenstrand ist absolut nicht schön und durch den Sichtschutz kommt man sich ein bisschen vor wie im Zoogehege, da dort auch ständig einheimische Spanner hinterm Zaun gaffen. Dort darf man aber wenigstens im Badeanzug oder Bikini baden. Es ist eine einheimische Insel und als Frau muss man sich beim Rausgehen bedecken. Es erweckt den Eindruck, dass Touristen dort nicht besonders willkommen sind, das merkt man am unfreundlichen Umgang in Restaurants und Geschäften, von denen es dort nicht viele gibt. Wer einen Traumurlaub via Instagram machen möchte, ist auf dieser Insel definitiv falsch. Die Unterwasserwelt ist jedoch ein Traum. Wer pe Maledivenverhältnisse günstig Urlaub machen und hauptsächlich Tauchen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Bei der Abreise kamen noch dubiose Kosten in Form einer 170$ hohen Commisionssteuer, obwohl bei der Bookingbuchung angeblich alles inkludiert war. Diskussion bringt da nichts, man kommt sonst nicht von der Insel, die sind da knallhart. Ich würde nicht wieder dort hin..

+: Aufgrund einer Überbuchung sind wir in einem andere Hotel untergekommen. Aber das war völlig OK, da es ein ganz neues Hotel war und es uns gut gefallen hat.Das Frühstück und Abendessen hatten wir dann im eigentlichen Hotel, welches nur 5 Schritte entfernt war.Wir wollten eigentlich 10 Nächte bleiben, haben aber stark verkürzt (Begründung war die Insel an sich, siehe 'Negatives').Der Hotelmanager hatte da aber vollstes Verständnis dafür uns hat uns in allen Belangen unterstützt- wirklich sehr bemerkenswert.Auch das Essen war hervorragend.Allerdings ist es eher ein 'Erwachsenen'-Hotel.Auf Kinder sind sie (noch) nicht ausgelegt.Gerade was die Menüs oder manche architektonischen Schwachstellen angeht.Da sind sie aber gerade eh am Überarbeiten und freue sich sehr über Feedback.Ich hatte auch echt voll nette Begegnungen mit den Menschen.Unser Host vom Ersatz-Hotel war 10 Jahre lang Präsident der Insel und hat bisschen aus dem Nähkastchen geplaudert. Total interessant. Auch mit einem jungen Künstler hab ich bisschen geplaudert. Auch total nett.

-: Die Insel hat unseren Erwartungen überhaupt nicht entsprochen.Der Bikini-Beach war SEHR klein und überall lag Müll und auf Glas-für Kinder eher ungeeignet.Auch lag der Stand direkt neben einem E-Werk, das ständig Abgase ausbliess und laut war-also Erholung gleich null.Allgemein lag überall sehr viel Müll.Aber die Insel ist auch noch voll im Entwicklungsmodus-das dauert leider. Wie überall.Vielleicht in 5 Jahren nochmal?

+: C’est un très bon établissement pour passer 1 semaines aux Maldives, nous n’avons fait qu’une seule excursion sur banc de sable et cela a été très bien et nous a suffit. En effet , nous voyageons dans plusieurs pays après cela, et le prix des excursions est nettement plus élevé aux Maldives qu’ailleurs. Alors, nous avons profité pour nous reposer et faire du snorkelling près de la tourist beach! Petit point sur la cuisine qui était tout simplement superbement bonne, un délice!Merci au personnel nous avons passé un excellent séjour avant de commencer notre roadtrip✈️

+: Najbardziej podobały się nam posiłki oraz obsługujący, który był również kucharzem. Śniadania wprawdzie cały czas takie same, ale podanie, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. W ogóle obsługa obiektu przemiła i wsłuchująca się w potrzeby gości.

-: Pokój o średnim standardzie, zdecydowanie wymaga odświeżenia, ale wszystko jest na miejscu. Nie podobali nam się goście z Rosji, cały hotel był nimi wypełniony. Wydawało mi się, że świat potępia Rosję i spotka ją ostracyzm. Moja polska dusza nie mogła znieść ich towarzystwa, tym bardziej, że Polska przyjęła uchodźców z Ukrainy, kobiety i dzieci. I tu obsługa zachowała się na najwyższym poziomie. Pozwoli mi skrócić rezerwację, z najwyższą starannością dbali o nasz komfort.

+: The exceptional staff, including Gayan's attentive service, the Chef's culinary expertise, and Fruity's cultural insights, truly enhanced our stay. The three-course dinners in the half board option were a highlight, offering a delightful experience amid the scenic views from the restaurant. The beach was beautiful with white sand and coral reefs.

-: The rooms were on the smaller side, but meeting our needs. The limited number of sunbeds was a downside, requiring waking up early morning to secure a spot. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, videos are hard to watch. The tours seemed a tad pricey, but might be worth if staying longer.
