+: The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very helpful! They rooms have a beautiful view and are spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious and has a nice view. They also served a good lunch. The drinks at the pool were so also good.
-: The service at the swim up bar was a but slow, I think they need more employees at peak hours. Also, the showers need to be updated.

+: Sonne staff: Rafi, Nacho, & Jessi &staff were excellent. Asian restaurant manager (Cristi) and outstanding new chef have made it my favorite at FA!

+: The location of the hotel was central and had a large beach area.
-: For the price I expected a hotel which was not showing its age so much. The aircon in the room was either to warm or cold and adjustment didn’t work. One day there were no beach towels and was told they would bring one in 30 minutes. After an hour I went back and asked for a towel. They were out but had kept one back for me. Alcohol free beer was only available through room service.

+: El lugar es muy lindo, perfecto para vacaciones familiares, bebidas y comidas deliciosas, y me tocó que las ballenas se veían desde el balcón del hotel. La comida ha mejorado considerablemente, el personal es muy amable, el l ambiente en el hotel es muy lindo. Ha mejorado mucho el hotel.
-: La insistencia al quererte vender sus paquetes vacacionales. Y la regadera, el agua cambiaba constantemente entre normal-helado-hirviendo
