-: The food was very poor. It was an all inclusive with a buffet in the morning and one at lunch. We couldn’t find anything that tasted very good other than the hamburgers at the pool snack bar and the ice cream cones. The restaurants at our hotel were only open in the evening with reservations fully booked prior to our arrival. So we ate out every evening which got pretty expensive.

+: L'emplacement est très sécurisé. L'hôtel est grand et nous avons apprécié les différents espaces. La nature est réellement dans l'hôtel et on peut observer les animaux. La belle plage est en accès direct. Les restaurants de qualité.
-: Nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait de devoir se lever tôt pour réserver son transat à la piscine ou à la plage alors qu'il n'est normalement pas autorisé de le faire. Si nous ne le faisions pas, nous n'avions pas de transat. La piscine n'était pas très propre (eau trouble) lors de notre séjour.Le lit de la chambre standard est très petit (<1m40). Nous avons du demander à être surclassés pour avoir un grand lit. La chambre reçue était de bien meilleure qualité mais avec un supplément.

+: Alfredo, Jorge and Manuel at the front desk were exceptional. Check in was smooth. Our room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and maintained. The property was neat, lots of wildlife! The pool, beach and bars were great. We took advantage of the spa where we had wonderful massages. I think they had the best food options of any all inclusive we’ve been to. Overall we had a great experience.
-: There are a few things that would have made this a 1010 for us though. We would have loved a hot tub. It looks like there is one in the middle of the pool but it’s just a jetted pool. When the sun starts going down at night, it would’ve been lovely to sit in a warm, hot tub for a while. Also, there was a lot of entertainment during the day, but we didn’t feel like there was enough at night. They have a show near the lobby, but I wish they would’ve had something else, maybe poolside? The only other thing, you can’t make dinner reservations until you get there. When we got there, there were no reservations available. So we were limited to three restaurants. Who did not have the option to try the Italian the Mediterranean. So that was a bummer.

+: Gelegen aan een prachtig strand en met mooi zwembad in tropische tuin. Kwaliteit en kwantiteit van maaltijden is bijzonder goed.
-: Kamers zijn gedateerd en erg gehorig. Dit hotel is een feesthotel met harde muziek en schuimparty in het zwembad. Handdoekje leggen is volkssport nummer 1 en toen wij na het ontbijt om 8 uur aankwamen op het strand lesten 100 bedjes bezet en zeker 700 gereserveerd (maar leeg) en was er geen bedje meer te krijgen
