+: The room was big and spacious. Staff were friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. There were vast meal options. Many activities and excursions to do during the day. Beautiful views.
-: After becoming Palace Elite members, we asked the guest services rep to use our resort credits to book an excursion. Instead she used our Blanc benefits money to book the excursion. This became an issue at checkout because we ended up having a bill to pay, instead of the bill being covered with the Blanc benefits money.
