+: Simplement parfait! Personnel incroyable!

+: breakfast was ok. room size was very good,

-: i liked everything exept Italian food.

+: Very nice hotel.

-: Total chaos: 1. They booked the room charge from my account double, it took a lot of time to clear that out. 2. They did not manage the pick up for a trip booked at the hotel, so we had to reschedule all the following trips. 3. It obviously does not matter that you spread tips around during your stay. Extra service tip will be added (5 usd per day) at the end of your stay! If you know that you can let it be deleted.

+: L'emplacement

-: la mauvaise qualité du service et le personnel peu à l'écoute. La médiocrité du petit déjeuner et la permanence d'une musique forte dans les parties communes. Le mauvais rapport qualité prix et la non conformité de mon hébergement
