+: The room layout is very well thought out. There are sofa and table also dining table and chair. The staff is hospital and friendly.
-: Especially, the restaurant staff (near the beach) was a little unfriendly.

+: The size of the room, the beach, the cocktails of the lobby bar. Good service.
-: The breakfast is kind of average. Mediocre croissants and pains au chocolat, the quality of the eggs is average. The coffee is ok. I stick to Asian fare which was really good. No milk without lactose. No mango. Oh and the tennis court has been unavailable for 3 years. A shame. Apart from that everything was great.

-: Das sehr schlechte russische Publikum. Alle Vorurteile die wir hatten wurden sogar negativ übertroffen. Nie wieder. Die haben aus den Töpfen gegessen, waren laut, rücksichtslos und frech. Leider hat das Hotel nicht reagiert. Ausgenommen der Manager Jack der sich sehr bemühte, aber auf verlorenen Posten stand. Wir waren froh als wir heute abreisen durften.
