+: Location was great, breakfast excellent, even with vegan options. This is our fourth time at Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort and praises go to all the staff, especially Ms Tan, the Manager. We felt welcome and looked after. The room service is great and they are very quick in delivering food to 5th floor. The choice of food is not big, but there are options for everyone.

-: Nothing the hotel can do, but there was a festival and they were loud near the beach. We could hear them playing until midnight. The earplugs worked.

+: Lovely huge room with great views. Three pools means you can pick the quietest one if you wish. Helpful and friendly staff. Shower was powerful.

-: I laughed before going to this hotel at all the comments re the steps as it is a hotel in a hill, what did people expect! But seriously, there are A LOT of steps which are unavoidable. After twisting an ankle this became a bit more challenging to get around the hotel!Breakfast bang average. Weird smell in bathroom of sewage.

+: Zimmer mit Blick zum Meer, gepflegte Hotel Anlage mit 3 schönen Pools, Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen ausreichend, Handtuch Service. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück Buffet vielfältig. Foyer mit Wasser und Kaffeemaschine für Gäste. Hotel nicht weit Zum Strand.

-: Hotelzimmer im obersten Stockwerk, darüber Blechdach (sehr warm und laut bei Regen). Weiter Weg nach unten, Fahrstuhl vorhanden, trotzdem Stufen zu überwinden. Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht einstellen, war zu kalt. Im Badezimmer roch es unangenehm. Hotel liegt an stark befahrener Hauptstraße, dadurch laut.

+: Das Best Western liegt an einem Hang in der Mitte des Ortes Karon am grossen Karon Beach, wo wirklich jeder einen Platz zum liegen findet. Wie schon erwähnt ist das Hotel in einen Hang gebaut und hat somit viele Treppen, aber keine Angst es gibt auch einen Lift der Sie bis in die 4. Etage befördert. Von dort aus gelangen Sie in ihr Zimmer, das eine sehr gute Grösse hat und mit allem Ausgestattet ist was man braucht. Zum Strand sind es etwa 5min zu Fuss.

+: - Great location near the beach and shops & restaurants. Bus stop also near. - Room was very clean, bed comfortable. - Complementary water bottles and coffee machine in the lobby. - Kind and helpfull staff.

-: - Restaurant (also the breakfast buffet) was quite expensive, but food very basic. Better & cheaper food elsewhere in the area. - A lot of stairs. I didn't mind, but not suited for people with mobility issues.
