+: After a few minor hiccups on arrival, mostly outside of the hotel’s control, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate and resolve things for us. The room and resort were absolutely beautiful along with the incredible food. 5* service from all the staff and we will definitely be staying again on our return to Thailand. Max and the manager deserve a particular shout out and thank you for making sure we were well looked after. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

+: Devasom ist und bleibt eines der schönsten Hotels. Die Zimmer, die Anlage, alles spricht für eine schöne Zeit für Erholung.
-: Wenn man 500 Euro pro Nacht für ein Zimmer bezahlt, sollte zumindest sichergestellt werden, dass man nicht durch Billigreiser gestört wird. Es waren leider alle Poolliegen über Nacht bereits mit Handtüchern besetzt. Sodass Frühaufsteher Vormittags keinen Platz an einer Poolliege hatten. Diese waren bis nach Mittag reserviert mit Handtüchern, jedoch keine Personen anwesend.Auch sehr viel Kinder im Pool. Denke für Kinder wäre ein anderes Hotel besser geeignet. Oder die Zimmerpreise müssten weiter runter gesetzt werden für Alle.
