+: We loved everything about this amazing hotel beautifully decorated in very stylish Thai decor surrounded by beautiful garden, water features, pools and wild life. The breakfast was always extra good, we specially liked small desserts in banana leaves, selection of thai and other dishes, very attentive staff and impeccable service in general as we also had few dinners there too, always super delicious. I loved our terrace with direct access to pool, so nice. We also booked massages, some nice trip to Phi Phi islands and scooters which you need to explore environment and going to nice beaches. We truly appreciated calm serene feeling of being in this hotel, definitely jewel we will be visiting again.

-: There is absolutely nothing we didn't like.

+: The location and pool access room, it was a quiet location off the beaten track and the pool was fantastic with direct access to the pool from our room. The staff provided outstanding customer service and Kim especially was so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was to much and every time we had a question we were always provided with help. Just lovely.

+: We stopped here on the way from Phuket to Koh Lanta so only stayed one night but could easily have spent more time here. Very friendly and welcoming staff, spectacular pool and garden, very spacious and comfortable rooms, good food at the restaurant. Location was great too!

+: Staff were truly amazing

-: We booked for 6 adults and 1 child and paid in advance what was quoted. On arrival they said we needed to pay 1500 baht (£37) a night for a bed for the child which isn’t anywhere in the emails I had received from booking.com

+: They have nice swimming pool which is consider big. There is free bicycle in case you want to room around the hotel. There was gaming room with billiard table (it's old but still can be used for some fun games). Staff was so friendly. There is free shuttle two times per day to the night market for free. Breakfast buffet was nice and with good variety.

-: The location is little bit far from any kind of attraction ( advantage if you are aiming to stay in quiet and isolated place). The hotel facilities is a bit old and need to be refreshed. Less sunbeds near by the swimming pool. Beach is 1 min from the hotel but it's just public beach without any sunbeds or any kind of facilities (don't expect anything, just wild beach).

+: Plenty amenities, enjoy the pools but mostly need to pay out of pockets but reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff.

-: Cleanliness of the room just okay, stains on toilets and counters. Just a bit inconvenient when calling taxi and grab. Facilities are old as well.

+: Excellent hôtel, assez excentré des activités touristiques. La navette de l'hôtel est pratique mais limitée à une seule destination de plage-touristique-night market. La location d'un scooter est indispensable pour profiter des environs et découvrir les rochers karstiques

-: Dans l'hôtel tout est correct, il peut sembler une faible occupation des chambres ce qui rend le lieu un peu triste faute d'animation. Les dîners et déjeuners proposés sont peu diversifiés. Un restaurant extérieur très proche à pied pallie le problème.

+: Położony w pięknym, olbrzymim ogrodzie. Blisko do pięknej plaży, świetne śniadania. Wygodne łóżka. Pomocny personel.

-: Prysznice deszczownice słabe. Dużo grup przyjeżdżających w południe do gorących basenów. Za mało leżaków na plaży.

+: Very nice and cozy hotel compound. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff giving good advice about available tours. Good breakfast in a nice atmosphere. Free bikes.

-: The hotel is located in the vicinity of some minor industrial sites, which may lead to some lorry traffic and dust on the road. Cycling therefore turned out slightly less attractive than initially thought. It might be best to get a rental car.
