+: Accueil exceptionnel.Personnel formidable et professionnel.la décoration du hall de l’hôtel est magnifique.
-: La chambre était trop petite. On s’est cogné contre les meubles. La salle de bain est très belle mais pas du tout fonctionnel dans la mini chambre que l’on avait. Il y avait une porte pour les toilettes et la douche donc lorsque quelqu’un était aux toilettes c’était impossible de prendre une douche. La décoration de la chambre et la vue était sublime pour faire des photos mais on aurait préféré avoir plus de place dans la chambre.La c

-: Tuvimos un problema con la habitación por el mal olor del desagüe del baño y era horrible el mal olor, el problema fue que se inició durante la madrugada y nos impidió pedir a esa hora una reparación, por la mañana lo notificamos y enviaron al personal de mantenimiento para solucionarlo, al llegar por la noche al entrar en la habitación no olia mal y pensamos que estaba solucionado, nuevamente durante la noche se repitió el problema lo que nos ocasionó un fuerte malestar a incomodidad, por la mañana fuimos de nuevo a comunicarlo y tenian preparada desde el dia anterior una nueva habitación pues el problema no lo pudieron reparar. Mi queja es por no comunicar en ningun momento durante el segundo dia que tenian preparada la nueva habitación y tuvimos que soportar una nueva noche con mal olor intenso por falta de información, fallo importante en un hotel de este nivel. Independientemente de este problema lo demás muy bien.

+: I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff kept apologizing that everything is not at 100 % since they were opened for only two months and there were still some work ongoing (the rooftop was not opened yet etc). However, we certainly did not get that impression. This hotel is so wonderfully stylish, so beautifully decorated, the staff is excellent, super nice. They do everything in their power that you can feel truly the best. The breakfast was outstanding (the variety of foods, soup station,…), twice daily free workouts, beautiful garden, lobby, pool area and coffee lounge. They even have a great and perfectly equipped indoor playground for children with two assistants which were taking great care of our one year old baby girl.
