-: I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at kata sea breeze. Not only was the staff unhelpful, but their policies regarding lost keys are exorbitant and unreasonable. After my room key came off their flimsy key ring, they had the audacity to charge me a staggering 1,500 bhat for just a replacement key that cost them 495 bhat (i goggled the product code) I had all the key ring. The lack of empathy and understanding from the management is astounding. The hotel is very dated The shower is terrible, going from boiling hot to freezing cold every few seconds. It has a 80% occupancy of Russians. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.
