+: Sehr ruhige Cottages am Hang. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gräumig. Das Personal is äusserst freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend! Sehr saubere Anlage. Die Position auf der Insel ideal, da Sonnenuntergang. Das SPA is ausserordentlich und sehr professionell und ruhig! Die Restaurants sind gut und die Qualität stimmt. Preis Leistung in Ordnung.
-: Zu wenig Sonnenschirme für Schatten. Auch sind die Plätze am Swimmingpool begrenzt. Es gibt leider Hotelgäste, die frühmorgens Ihren Platz dauernd reservieren! Hier müsste man klar einen Hinweis machen, dass dies nicht gestattet ist. Für dieses Niveau von Hotel sollten diese Leute echt irgendwo anders Ferien machen. Um 22h ist alles geschlossen, auch die Coco Bar am Strand. Sehr schade. Es fühlt sich dann an wie ein Altersheim. Zuviele Feuershows - genau bei Essenszeit um 19.30h gibt es Feuershows. Es stinkt nach Petrol und die Musik ist sehr laut! Sehr unangenehm beim Nachtessen. Wir empfehlen einen Tisch ab 20h zu reservieren.

+: We had a wonderful stay; the gardens, rooms and main areas were well maintained and spotless. We dined every lunch and dinner in the resort restaurants and the selection and quality of the Thai food was great.
-: I could mention that the sea was salty and there was an occasional wave which might upset the snowflakes around but it really was all lovely.
