+: Good location just a stone’s throw away from the main beach, restaurants and shops. Lovely large rooms and a great pool. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection and staff friendly and polite.

-: There was a tiny gym which could have been much improved. Check in took some time as they seemed to have a problem finding the Booking.com booking.

+: Väldigt mysigt och fint poolområde. Bra läge, fina rum med balkong mot poolen. Bra frukost med stor variation. Trevlig personal.

-: Dålig aircondition som kylde väldigt dåligt på natten, borde fungerat bättre. Gick inte att få det svalare.

+: It must be stated however that the staff from Front Desk Manager to general staff were incredible at all times and are its only saving grace. However the place is understaffed so there are a lot of issues that even the best team cannot deal with. How often one finds that people who need to have a job are made to defend the indefensible.

-: I booked the stay for my father who said, "The place is a disgrace. It is expensive and not worth a quarter of the price. It should have been demolished 20 years ago but while the owners can attract guests it will get no attention. There is zero upkeep of the gardens and litter everywhere behind the hotel which is the main access to the rooms and with minimal effort could be very beautiful. I did not see a single gardener in four days. Others have posted photos but I honestly could not be bothered to take many. Room door did not lock when I first arrived. Golf cart to take luggage up the hill was broken. Wi-Fi did not work reliably so impossible to communicate reliably. I was actually given a second room to use solely as an office but still no wi-fi and I had to go into town to find a business centre. Breakfast was free and I tried it on the first day. It was just inedible but not for bad cooking, just very low-end foodstuffs. Dining room was dirty. The pictures and the description on the website make the place look attractive but it should not be promoted by Booking.com and this experience will make me think again before trusting the site. Read many other reviews if you think I am being unfair. KEEP WELL AWAY!"

+: The hotel was wonderful , the staff is responsive and kind. We were accommodated as quickly as possible. The breakfast was good. We had a great time.
