Podróż samochodem na międzynarodowe lotnisko Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi twa 75 minut. +: this was not like the description I find it hard to believe this is known as a five star hotel the rooms are nice but the tiling in areas are really poor the service of the staff at breakfast or dinner do not speak English so ask you for something like a cappuccino was very challenging, the Indian restaurant we asked for poppadoms she looked at us like we were aliens there's a couple of people have spoken English to majority of the staff did not, in the description its status on a private beach this is completely untrue by the sea but it's a two meter drop it's more like being by harbour, there was stairs to go down to the sea, full of mos, if you wend down I said competent swimmer be difficult to get back up there is no way children to go near here, also what they don't tell you if it's -2 other hotels won't be in the Rawcliffe Bridge in all the time we was there permanently at conferences mum was an Indian wedding I'm almost at a work conference I spoke to the manager he asked me if I didn't publish this article he would give me a credit of one or two nights I said it was disgraceful that I would try to blackmail someone but what I will do is speak hoping and honestly exactly what this is. The hotel it's a little bit out of the way you need to get a bike or a car I would recommend to find different accommodation I would like this is a 3 12 star hotel being generous.

+: Fredfyldt, roligt og afslappende må være keywords for opholdet på Royal Wing. Super serviceminded og meget venligt personale både i reception, restaurant og ved poolen. God forplejning og roomservice og skøn, skøn udsigt og solnedgang. Som gæst på Royal Wing kan man bruge alle faciliteter på Royal Cliff hotellerne, herunder morgenmad-buffet som ligger på Beach-hotellet. Det gjorde vi kun én gang, så vendte vi straks retur til Wing, hvor morgenmad serveres a la carte i rolige omgivelser, men som også koster en del mere, da man betaler for pr. glas juice og pr. kop kaffe. Pool-butlerservice var superb, vi lærte dem alle og kende og det føltes meget familiært og hyggeligt. Det allerbedste ved opholdet er de reserverede liggestole med metalindfattede navneskilte. Luksus at man selv vælger sine solstole, som herefter er reserverede til en hele opholdet. Vi nød udsigten til vandet og brisen herfra. Nemt at komme ind til Pattaya city, som bestemt er besøg værd, men også virkelig dejligt at komme retur til det meget rolige Royal Wing. Wings egen restaurant Caprice er til den dyre side. Jeg kommer gerne tilbage.
-: Hotellet har nogle år på bagen og er vel efterhånden noget gammeldags i sin stil, men det har også sin charme. En af de øvrige gæster kaldte det en “tidslomme”, hvilket giver god mening. Vi kom fra et også 5-stjernet hotel i Bangkok, som var væsentlig mere moderne og luksuriøst i sin stil end Royal Wing, som vi dog værdsatte mere og mere som dagene gik - den samlede pakke hos Royal Wing er bestemt noget ganske særligt.Ekstremt hårde hovedpuder, men derudover var sengearrangementet godt. Spa-priser er meget dyre og vi valgte at tage ind til byen for massage mv af denne årsag.
