+: la spiaggia e' a 5 minuti a piedi posizione centrale e piscina curata camere spaziose colazione ottima e staff gentilissimo competente e disponibile

-: da migliorare la pulizia e aggiungere dei porta asciugamani nei bagni

+: The main building, the pool.

-: The elevator of main building was old and not clean (the carpet of the elevator was also old and dirty). Makes no sense.On the corridors; the windows to the back side were dirty and spotted. Clearly that daily building cleaning and maintenance is needed.We stayed on the second bulding. Our room was spacious, but again, not well clean. The bathtub was dirty and not working, the floor towel was dirty.The balcony was not usable. The furniture was rusty, old and broken.The second booked room has the same conditions, despite that the bathtub was ok.The breakfast was taken on the restaurant outside the hotel. The buffet area was too small considering the number of customers. Lines for all the buffet spaces were inevitable with no space to move.The hotel has potential. We'll placed, good pool, fashion style. A proper material maintenance could place him on the list of the best options in the place.

+: The most important for us was to choose a nice location with a good access to the beach- so that’s why we decided to book that hotel. Location is very niceIf we speak about hotel - it was my second booking and recently i stayed there in 2019. Very cosy, nice guys in reception desk , daily basis cleaning is very well done.

-: The hotel looks like very modern on first sight but staying there you’ll get an understanding that it needs to be fully renovated , especially all rooms. There are a lot of scratches, spots. All equipment and bathroom stuff is very old, AC shall be fully cleaned or changed. Furniture shall be also renewed One point which I’d like to highlight - lady in reception firstly promised that we won’t have any issues with late check out and asked us to come the day before we leaving - we came and other lady was not so much happy to help us and we very almost praying for her to help us with that. Finally we got what we needed but with a little bit disappointment that she didn’t want to help us firstly.

+: Schönes großes Zimmer, sehr sauber, Strand in 5 Minuten erreichbar

+: La posizione è molto comoda.

-: L'hotel più rumoroso mai sentito. La prima camera era invivibile, come un aereo in partenza, cambiata solo dopo l'intervento dell'agenzia italiana (non dopo nostra richiesta). Anche la seconda camera comunque, anche se meno, era rumorosa. Qualcuno dello staff alla reception è stato particolarmente antipatico, anche se noi chiedevamo sempre le cose per favore e con educazione.
